The continuous system TF4000 can not only produce standard-sausages (e.g. Hot Dogs), but also whole pieces of meat (e.g. pork belly). In the loading section, a fully-automated conveyor and skewer system moves the raw bacon towards and into the TF4000, where the products can be cooked, dried, smoked and cooled in different chamber sections. For the smoking processes, the customer can chose either natural smoke, liquid smoke or a combination of both systems.
After the finalizing cooling process, the automated unloading device removes the bacon from the TF4000’s hook-sticks. A conveyor belt transports the ready bacon to a spiral freezer, which cools the products until they are ready for slicing. Beneath the TF4000, a washing tunnel cleans the transport chain and the hook-sticks so that they are ready to be loaded with fresh bacon when they arrive at the entrance of the machine.
All process steps are executed fully-automated, without the intervention of an operator. And the system works error-free: While two fully-automated systems are already in use, we’re happy to put the third machine into operation in the beginning of 2018!
