At the moment, we are cooperating with more than 70 sales and service partners in and outside of Germany. Our sales partners sell our systems and services exclusively in their specific area. A high line competence along our customers' production chain and a corresponding product range are prerequisites for FESSMANN sales partners. Each of our partners also has an independent service with a dedicated spare parts storage to ensure short reaction times world-wide.
Many of our sales partners have been cooperating with us for more than 40 years. With our partners in Israel and Austria, we have even been connected in highly successful cooperation for more than 50 years now! This continuity in cooperation across several generations is another pillar in our sales strategy: Our customers have the same contacts for many years, which permits trusting cooperation in every phase of a project.
Continuous training of our sales partners takes place through in-house training at the FESSMANN Academy or through specific training on site. In addition to country-specific requirements, our sales partners are continually trained about the latest developments from FESSMANN to keep them up to date about new products and improvements. In addition, we offer measures to support sales in the day-to-day business of our partners. Depending on project size or complexity, our partners are supported on site by our area sales managers or project managers.
Our application engineers and technical consultants are in daily contact with our sales partners, too, and support them in the processing of customer-specific projects and requests. Quick reaction times in compilation of goods programs or product developments for our customers are thereby warranted and ensured. Additionally, there is an independent training programm for the service technicians of our partners.
Many innovations have resulted from this world-wide exchange of knowledge and experiences. Thus, everyone is benefiting from one another's strengths: If a new concept has proven its worth in one specific area, it will be added to our default delivery range and be available world-wide soon.
Control of overall sales takes place through specific indices that permit direct comparison of different sales areas. This ensures optimal sales and service support for our customers on a consistent level world-wide.
Every sales partner has a direct contact assigned in the sales office. Support during offer generation takes place in close cooperation with the responsible area sales manager. This close support and help through an agile and independently working group moves us even closer to the customer.
For 2018, a new sales software is to be introduced to control overall sales. Our sales partners will thus be connected even more closely to us. Interfaces will be reduced. The benefit for our customers: Even shorter reaction times, even better consultation and even better support on site!
