Focus on the essential!

The Autovent3000 runs cooking processes with highest efficiency and best quality. Although completely dispensing with fans, the system convinces with shortest process times and highest product-uniformity!

The patented system for guaranteed flavour

To choose the best-suited machinery, each manufacturer needs to focus on the specific requirements of his product portfolio. For example, for the processing of multiple products in only one plant, the machine’s high flexibility is decisive. Universal plants like the T3000 or the Ti3000 are the ideal choice here.

Conversely, processors who use their plants for only one single process step don’t need this flexibility. They are focused on their machine’s skills for one specific application. To provide the best machinery for this segment as well, FESSMANN invented the AUTOVENT3000 – a pure cooking plant.

Lowest investment- and operating costs due to completely dispensing with fans

Due to its innovative construction, the AUTOVENT3000 stands out from traditional cooking plants by far. Especially the patented nozzles provide major advantages: They are designed to use the momentum from the low-pressure steam and convert it into air velocity and heat energy. Thus, they enable an ideal heat transfer to the product – which leads to shorter cooking times with up to 15 % less weight loss!

While the air is blown through the nozzles into the machine, it is accelerated up to 200 m/s. The resulting heavy turbulences ensure a uniform heat distribution and a temperature difference in the system, which never exceeds 1 °C – overcooking is no longer a problem.

Additionally, the nozzle's working principle makes ventilators redundant. A fact that does not only lower the operating costs, but saves maintenance efforts as well!
