Efficieny as a chance

Due to the highly competitive today’s food market, one of the biggest challenges the meat manufacturing companies are facing is to reduce their production costs and design their workflows as efficient as possible. This approach becomes even more difficult as the rationalization measures must not lead to a loss of quality of the final product. FESSMANN developed a solution for this challenge already back in 1972, by introducing the first generation of the TF4000 – and constantly improved the system since then!

The TF4000 by FESSMANN enables the manufacturers to completely fulfil both of the above tasks. The all-continuous system reduces the labour costs to a minimum, additional equipment like the loading device F-LOADER even automates the interface to previous or following process steps and makes the production even more efficiently.

The loss of staff also effects the hygiene of the production – combined with the TF4000’s 100% separation of infeed and output of goods, it avoids any contamination of the final product.

Due to the plants modular structure of individually controllable units, the parameters inside the machine can be matched exactly to every products specific requirements. Combined with the innovative serpentine conveyor technology, the TF4000 offers an unbeatable uniformity in reproducible colour and flavour.

But that is just the beginning! The TF4000 has far more advantages – for example by reducing the final product's weight loss up to 3% compared to non-continuously plants, what immensely accelerates the amortisation.
