Double performance. The double-row-system for batches until 116 cm /46“ width. The special supply air principle is based on the special design of the air ducts. The most modern flow simulation keeps the deviations of the air speeds within the chamber below 1 m/s. The result: unprecedented uniformity and quality of the end products.
Ti3000 (Relaunch)
Higher drying performance and more even drying results thanks to an enlarged, freely permeable area of the newly developed return air duct. Simplified cleaning and individually adjustable plates on the intake port.

With the newly developed monitor app from FESSMANN, the machine status, information on energy consumption, maintenance intervals and much more can be displayed. Help us to further develop the app for your purposes.
ECO.CLEANAiR
The new thermo-catalytic afterburner ECO.CLEANAiR is the perfect emission control system. The three-stage system even reliably complies with the strict limit values for TA-Luft of C total <20mg/m³ and can be installed compactly above the smoke generator both as a retrofit set and for all new systems.

Das automatisierte Produktionssystem zur Be- und Entladung der TF4000 ist mit allen gängigen Füllern kompatibel. Der STICK CONVEYOR vereinfacht die Beladung der TF4000 durch simples Handling und kürzere Arbeitsschritte. Er bietet ergonomisches Arbeiten ohne sich kreuzende Laufwege und sichert damit eine stetige Beladung der Transfer-Anlage. Das System ist modular aufgebaut und kann flexibel an die benötigten Kapazitäten angepasst werden.
