Future challenges solved today

The fourth industrial revolution, the intelligent controlling and networking of production processes, is currently in full swing. The change from traditional production processes to the most automated industry 4.0 poses big challenges for companies of any size. Because FESSMANN anticipated the trend to automation at an early stage, we are already able to provide sophisticated solutions for these requirements today! The latest generation of our FOOD.CON system allows controlling multiple FESSMANN plants by only one control device and sets new standards in the networking of meat processing machinery. In 2016, FESSMANN even closed the gap to previous process steps, by introducing the fully automatic loading system F-LOADER for the TF4000 on IFFA in Frankfurt, Germany.

Conservation of resources

Another important concern to FESSMANN is the permanent enhancement of energy saving technologies – not only to reduce our customer’s energy costs during processing with our plants, but also to make our contribution to a gentle usage of resources in the future. This is why all our plants are equipped with the CIP-Cleaning system for minimal water consumption and the special TRIPLEX-insulation by FESSMANN, which reduces the systems heat loss of more than 20 %!
