Franken-Gut had to fundamentally modernize its production and logistics processes in order to meet increasing market requirements, make logistics more efficient and continue to ensure the highest quality.
The lack of a project structure, the high level of technical complexity and the limited space available made precise planning and implementation particularly challenging.
Construction of a new, state-of-the-art production and logistics center in Hirschaid, which will take over the entire fresh produce range from 2025.
The aim was to significantly increase efficiency, expand production capacities and at the same time ensure the usual high product quality in the long term.
Franken-Gut relied on the expertise of FESSMANN for the implementation. With the use of 21 systems, 4 cooking boilers and 2 thermal post-combustion systems, a modern production environment was created that sets new standards.
Thanks to precise 3D planning, the complex piping could be implemented even in the tightest of spaces and an efficient, maintenance-friendly infrastructure was created.
FESSMANN was responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all work relating to the supplied systems - from installation to commissioning. Test operation started in the fall of 2024 and was only used for fine-tuning.
